First up gather your ingredients, You’ll need all-purpose flour, rapid-rise yeast, sugar, milk, butter, cinnamon, and salt.

Mix It Up

I’ve used a stand mixer to make this bread but you don’t need one. You can easily stir the ingredients together in a mixing bowl with a wooden spoon.

Knead Some Help??

Once you’re done mixing, it’s time to knead the dough. Kneading develops gluten which is the protein in the flour. It helps the dough be soft and stretchy enough to grow when the yeast does its magic. You can knead it by hand; you don’t need a mixer.

Rising Time

Time to prove the bread dough. To prove yeast doughs you need to put them in an oiled bowl, turn to coat, and cover. Place the bowl of dough in a warm place and let it double in size.

When the dough has risen nicely it’s time to press the air out of the dough and roll or pat the dough out on a clean counter.

Melt the butter from the filling ingredients list. And mix the cinnamon and sugar for the filling together as well.

Brush the butter over the patted-out dough and then sprinkle it with the cinnamon and sugar.

Once the cinnamon and sugar are sprinkled roll up the dough from the short end. Oil or butter a 9×5 loaf pan.

Rising Up

Place it in a greased loaf pan and let it rise again. Once it’s doubled in size, it’s time to bake it up. Bake it for 25 minutes or so.
