Hi, Heidi! This largely depends on what type of milk you choose for the milk-based beverages. The tea options in this list, and the sugar-free vanilla syrup used in espresso-based beverages are completely sugar-free. When it comes to choosing a milk at Starbucks, whole milk has the largest amount of natural sugars (25 grams per serving), whereas the almond milk option at Starbucks contains the least amount (7 grams per 16 ounce serving). I hope this helps!
